Hello and happy Friday!

Today is the last day of the semester. I am so proud of the work your students have done this fall. It has been incredibly difficult and they have been amazing. Thank you for entrusting us with your children, we are lucky to have them.

There is no school for the next two weeks. Enjoy the holiday. School begins again on Tuesday January 5. There is no school on Monday, January 4. When we return, school will still be online, and we will follow the same bell schedule.

When we return it will be a new semester. If your student struggled in the fall, encourage them to see this as a fresh start.

The counseling department has put together a list of resources for students over the holiday break. This includes mental health supports, scholarship opportunities, and other events and options for students. Winter Break Resources for Students

I know that the holidays can be difficult for many reasons. This year, everything is more difficult. If your family is struggling financially this holiday, here is a list of resources available to to provide some help: Family Resources

Thank you all for being a part of this community. This is not the school year any of us anticipated, and I have been humbled by your patience, kindness, and grace for myself and the staff. Here’s hoping that 2021 brings some normalcy back to our lives. For those of you who have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, you are in our thoughts.
