About the Virtual Enrollment Fair

For the continued health and safety of our community, this year's SFUSD enrollment fair will be presented online with limited in-person workshops. All sessions will be recorded and made available after the fair ends.

School Informational Sessions

School Info Sessions are 30 minutes online meetings where families can learn about schools and meet the school community. School Info Sessions are organized by grade level; for example, elementary schools present on one day, middle schools present on another day, and so forth.

During each School Info Session, schools will provide a short presentation of their programs, followed by questions and answers. School Info Sessions will also be recorded and posted after the fair.

View our detailed schedule of the School Info Sessions.

Workshops provide information on a specific enrollment topic, such as What's the TK-12 Enrollment Process and How to Apply to Language Programs.

Take a look at the detailed schedule of the Workshops.

Requesting Language Interpretation and American Sign Language

The Early Education Friday Workshop and the Saturday Workshops will have simultaneous interpretation in Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Samoan using a Google Meet number that families can dial while on Zoom. Families can use one device (a cell phone) to join Zoom and call the provided Google Meet number. If families have two devices (computer, tablet, cell phone), families can join the workshop on Zoom on the first device (computer or tablet) and call the Google Meet number on the second device (cell phone).

The Kindergarten to College Workshop and the High School Career & Technical Education (CTE) Workshop on Saturday will only have simultaneous interpretation in Cantonese and Spanish.  Some schools will provide interpretation. We will share a list of those schools closer to the event.

The Early Education Friday Workshop and all Saturday Workshops will provide American Sign Language (ASL) and English closed captioning. To request American Sign Language for a school information session, please fill out this request form

Join the Fair on Zoom and on YouTube

All Enrollment Fair events will be hosted on Zoom.  It is recommended that you install Zoom on your computer, phone, or tablet before attending. The Early Education Friday Workshop and the Saturday Workshops will also be streamed on SFUSD’s YouTube channel--just join at the scheduled time. All events will also be recorded and posted on sfusd.edu/fair after the fair is over.

About In-Person Enrollment Workshops

To support families who may not be able to attend our virtual events, we will host small in-person workshops at five elementary schools in San Francisco.

These workshops are designed to provide equitable support for families in the Bayview, Mission, Excelsior, and Chinatown communities who may have limited access to virtual resources. It is recommended that if you can attend the virtual enrollment workshops, please do so!

Workshop attendees must register in advance and follow all local public health guidelines.

Please check back for registration information and detailed schedules for each workshop.
