This section is for students currently enrolled in SFUSD public Schools.                                       

Students attending Charter School or County Schools: Please contact your school directly to request official or unofficial transcript and other students records.

Where Do I Request Student Records?

The location for your request depends on the type of record you need. 

Enrollment Verification Requests:

You may request enrollment verification through either of the following:

• In person at 20 Cook Street, 1st Floor, Room 11, San Francisco, CA 94118
• By email at transcripts@sfusd.edu

Unofficial Transcripts

Students:

• Log in to StudentVUE
• Go to the Documents tab 
• View your most recent unofficial transcript 

Parents/Guardians:

• Log in to ParentVUE
• Select the student you want to see 
• Go to Documents tab 
• View the student's most recent unofficial transcript

Need help accessing your unofficial transcript?

Please contact your student's school counselor during the school year.

Official Transcripts

During the School Year:

Current SFUSD high school students should contact their school counselor or counseling registrar to request an official transcript. 

After Graduation:

The SFUSD Transcripts Office sends graduating senior's final transcripts to their designated college or university in June after graduation.

Current students attending an SFUSD public high school may also use Parchment to order official transcripts electronically during the school year. 

Parchment allows students to:

• Place and pay for official transcript orders online
• Request electronic transcript delivery
• Receive notifications about the status of their orders
