5. Former Students / Alumni - Order Proof of SFUSD Enrollment

Former SFUSD students and alumni can request records verifying their enrollment in San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD).

Depending on the records available, SFUSD can generally provide documentation showing:

• The school(s) you attended while enrolled in SFUSD.
• The years you attended each school.
• Your grade levels.
• The address(es) where you lived during your enrollment.

Important: Enrollment records do not include information about individual classes taken, course grades, or graduation status.

Step 1: Place Your Order Through Parchment

• CLICK HERE TO ORDER YOUR ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION THROUGH PARCHMENT
• After signing in or creating your Parchment account, be sure to select the San Francisco Unified School District product section.

Step 2: Email SFUSD After Placing Your Order - Required

• After placing your order on Parchment, you must email the Transcripts Office at transcripts@sfusd.edu.

Please include:

1. Years: The years you attended SFUSD
2. School(s): The school(s) you attended
3. Grade Levels: The grades you were enrolled in 
4. Home Address(es): The address(es) where you lived during those years
