If we...

• hold a shared vision that celebrates and elevates the assets of our community;
• demonstrate a belief that all kids can and want to learn;
• focus on the instructional core;
• and build coordinated systems of tiered and aligned support combined with a culture of mutual accountability

Then students’ experiences and outcomes will improve and our students will be prepared for with the skills, capacities and dispositions to lead in the 21st century.
