Employee Support for General Technology

Employees may submit a technology or telecommunications support service request ticket and search frequently asked questions (FAQs) through the Department of Technology Online Service Request System, or you may telephone the Help Desk at 415-241-6476. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Employee Support for EMPowerSF (Human Resources & Payroll)

To view Human Resources and Payroll support resources for EMPowerSF, or to submit a related support ticket, navigate to eis.sfusd.edu. To submit a support ticket, click Sign in in the upper right of the window and use your SFUSD account to sign in. The Payroll and Human Resources Departments also have a telephone support Call Center that may be reached by calling 415-463-1550 during normal business hours.
