If you have any questions or need support, please access the Family Resource Link if you would like to speak with a School Social Worker or School Nurse. Please refer to the SFUSD website (https://www.sfusd.edu/) for more information and resources for students and families. Website information is translated into multiple languages. Families can access the Family Resource Link in three ways:

  1. Go to familylink.sfusd.edu to complete an online request form

  2. Email request at familylink@sfusd.edu 

  3. Call 415-340-1716
