The SFUSD Student Health Advisory Board is introducing the 2025 Anti-Tobacco/Vaping Art and Video Contest “Don’t Get Cuffed for Puffs.” Students can win up to $200 in prizes for their original creations, and their work will be displayed on SF Muni. Deadline to submit art: March 26.

SFUSD Public Announcements February 18, 2025
Posted on Feb. 18, 2025: The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is not proposing cuts to the school crossing guard program, and the SFMTA Board of Directors did not take action on this today (Feb. 18, 2025). The SFMTA has assured us that they would identify alternative funding to keep the crossing guard program going if their budget crisis were to impact the program.

Neither pre-registration nor sign-up is required, but students/families should bring a number of recommended materials to the event as outlined in this announcement.
