Help improve K-5 school transportation for SFUSD students and caregivers by coming to a virtual community meeting or filling out a survey by Oct. 30.

If you have students at an Early Education School Site, please submit the Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) by end of day on Oct. 31. This supports meal program funding at your school. Information and resources: sfusd.edu/MFIF.

On Oct. 15, 2022, the San Francisco Board of Education took part in a 6-hour workshop to update our draft vision, values, goals, and guardrails; these components will serve as the district’s compass for the next five years. We anticipate approving the final versions at our Oct. 25 board meeting. 

If your student is entering kindergarten, middle school, or high school next year, you need to apply for a new school. Get help in finding a new school by attending our Enrollment Fairs in October!

The SF Board of Education is holding a series of listening sessions with the community to gather feedback to discern the vision and values of the community in order to draft and eventually adopt Goals and Guardrails. The next sessions are: Sept. 29 at Everett MS and Sept. 30 at Denman MS. Additional sessions have been added for October.
