How do I reset the dashboard to the original view?

To reset the dashboard, reload the webpage or click on the “reset” button in the lower right corner, circled here:

Why do the data sometimes disappear when I change the filters?

This usually occurs for one of two reasons:

  • The “Grade Group” filter is not set to an option that corresponds to the “Select Site” filter. For example, you have selected the “Grades TK-5” option under the “Select Grade Group” filter when a high school has been selected under the “Select Site” filter. 
  • The data you wish to view are not available for the public due to a small subgroup (less than or equal to 5 students).
