John O'Connell High School Building Envelope

This project will address water damage and other issues related to the building envelope (roof and external walls) at John O'Connell High School. It started design in August 2025 and investigative work began in the Fall of 2026. The investigative work, or "destructive testing" consists of opening up and patching back specified testing locations in select rooms at the school. This helps us understand building conditions behind the finished walls, and is an important step to scoping and estimating the project budget.
