Daily Communication with Parents & Guardians
Open and regular communication keeps our classrooms and school running smoothly. When dropping off or picking up your child, please make sure to consult the following places daily for information that needs immediate attention:
- Child sign-in sheet
- Parent mailboxes
Staying Current with School News
In addition to staying up-to-date on the latest classroom events, we highly recommend that you take time to read the Family Newsletter and the Family Bulletin Board. The newsletter will inform you about upcoming school events, parent-teacher conferences, school projects and parent workshops. Please consult the Family Bulletin Board for:
- licensing information
- breakfast and lunch menus and menu changes
- school calendar
- your school's hours of operation
- family resource information
Communicating with Staff
We encourage cooperative and open communication between both the families we serve and our staff. We strive to provide you with a variety of opportunities to ask questions, to share your insights and to participate in advising program activities. If you have questions or comments about any aspect of the school or classroom activities, we invite you to approach your child's teacher or the school principal directly.
