8.3 - Confidentiality

Confidentiality

All student and family file records are  confidential and are kept in a secure location. Records are subject to review by officials representing Community Care Licensing, the California State Department of Education, the California Department of Social Services, the Health Department, the USDA, or Child  Protective Services. Written permission from parents will be obtained for the release of confidential information and permission for photographs or video footage of children to be used for publication.
