Emergency Information & Change of Contact Information

The school keeps an official Emergency Card on file for every child, which lists the current addresses and phone numbers of family members and at least two other authorized persons who may be called in an emergency if you cannot be reached. Please call us immediately if the phone numbers or persons listed on your child's Emergency Card change, so that we can maintain the most up-to-date information for your child. It is imperative that you keep the information on your child's Emergency Card current.
