Re-Certification
All families enrolled in SFUSD's EED must complete recertification at the end of their contract period. Once enrolled, families are eligible for at least 24 months of certified services. The recertification date is noted on the family’s contract (9600 Form) and on the NOA.
The Enrollment Office or school office will notify the family at least 30 days before their recertification period expires. Families will receive a checklist of the required documentation to submit at the recertification appointment. If the family fails to meet the recertification deadline, a Notice of Action (NOA) will be issued to disenroll them from services.
