QTEA Impact and Innovation Awards

Innovation Awards

This award is designed to provide resources and guidance to help a school investigate and design a solution to an equity challenge facing the site. Schools do not initiate this process with a solution already in mind, but are provided with the coaching, resources and the expertise of the SFUSD iLab to enable a design process that brings them to an effective solution.

Impact Awards

The QTEA Impact Awards are designed to support schools who have already developed a project for which they seek funding.

Schools submit ideas, budgets and project plans to demonstrate how they would use funding to support a project or effort at their site and can secure up to $25,000 for this concept. Prior winning projects have included sending teachers to Japan to learn Lesson Study to building leveled libraries within a school site.
