SFUSD Core Suite of Apps

The following apps are part of SFUSD's Core Suite. Licenses have been purchased centrally for the 2023-2024 school year for Zoom, Seesaw, Google Enterprise, Dreambox, Typing Club (Grades 2-12) and Newsela (Grades 2-12).

Google Classroom

Teachers can post assignments and resources, collect work, facilitate collaboration, & provide feedback. Classroom is SFUSD's official Learning Management System (LMS) for grades 3-12

The Google Suite supports student communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking with apps like Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, Drawing, and more!

Seesaw

Teachers can post activities and provide feedback. Students can respond using text, drawing, video, voice, etc. Seesaw is SFUSD’s official Learning Management System (LMS) for grades PK-2. Pro-licenses purchased for 2022-23.

Data Privacy at SFUSD

Apps that are not on the approved app list should not be used to protect student privacy as per board policy.
