Asynchronous Training Modules for Special Education Paraeducators

Special Education Services has contracted with Vector Solutions to provide all our SpEd Paraeducators with a training platform that they can access asynchronously.  The SpEd department has created an account for each of our active SpEd paraeducators so they can have access to 105 different training topics.  Training topics are listed on the left corner of the Vector website under “Extra Training.”  If you are unable to log in, please email Lawrence Tsai at to be added.

No Password needed

Paraeducators can use Prop G hours if they access training after their contractual hours.  If Prop G hours have been used for SY23-24, you can request pre-approval from their SpEd Supervisor to submit for EC hours.

Monthly Paraeducator PD Workshop Sessions    

A monthly PD series that focuses on the needs of SFUSD paras. This series will include workshops, guest speakers, summer employment opportunities, and so much more. Open to all paraeducator classifications. Paraeducators can attend one, some or all sessions. Topics will be posted monthly in OASIS. No pre-registration needed - just join the Zoom link to participate! For more information, please email Sean Nunley-Willis.

Compensation: Paraeducators can -

  • Attend during contract hours if applicable

  • Utilize any remaining 18 PD Hours to attend (with admin approval)

  • Attend voluntarily
