Contact Information to Access Services/Support

Families (the term family is used to include parents, caregivers and guardians) can reach out directly to request support for their student(s):

General information: Families may contact the student’s school principal or administration office for support at any time.

Tobacco and substance-use counseling: Families may contact the student’s school counselor, nurse, or social worker/wellness coordinator for referral to Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) counseling.

SFUSD Student Family School Resource Link: Families may contact the Student Family School Resource Link through sflink@sfusd.edu or 415-340-1716 (during hours of operation) for additional support and to connect to appropriate departments and resources.
