Creating spaces and systems to support sustainable teaching

There are barriers to our staff feeling responded to, safe, supported, and included in order to serve students in a sustainable way. If we provide teachers with mentorship, time and space to meet and collaborate around solutions to student behavior then we will create community and empathy for each other, while supporting each other.  This will serve as both a model and support system for students and improve teacher retention to better meet our student needs.
