Having trouble with audio or video? Having trouble logging in?

If the video or audio is breaking up, you can sometimes make it better by turning off your video. Look for the video button (see picture above) to turn the video off.

If it's hard to hear the person who is talking, you can call into the meeting with a phone. On the lower left side next to the microphone button, there is an arrow pointing up (^). Click on the arrow, and you can click "Switch to phone audio".

If you can't join a meeting with the link or with the meeting ID and password, sometimes you are logged into the wrong account. Make sure you are on your SFUSD Zoom account. Open the Zoom app on your laptop or iPad, and click on the profile picture at the top right (laptop) or top left (iPad) of the app. This will tell you which account you are using in Zoom, and you need to use your SFUSD account to join a teacher's meeting.

If you need to switch to your SFUSD account, click on your profile picture in the top corner and choose "Switch Accounts" or "Sign Out".  A small window will open with different choices for signing in. Click the "SSO" button with a key icon, and in the little window, type sfusd in the box. Click "Continue" or "Go" and type your SFUSD email address and password. Sometimes you are asked to open the Zoom app again, and once it opens, you will be logged in with your SFUSD account. Try clicking on the meeting link again if you have one, or if you have a meeting ID and password, click the "Join" button again to type them in.
